The People Exchange is a cyber-databank that provides information on very low-budget or free lodging in private homes, commercial, faith-based or other lodging facilities in major tourist regions of the world to overseas tourists and guests for the purpose of promoting cultural exchange. We are focused on traditions, family, free-enterprise and solid common-sense values and are interested particularly in an exchange of real people from around the globe with each other - maybe the kind of people who don't frequently, or ever, venture out of their home countries.... We invite you to participate in this exciting free-market project. We anticipate that lasting friendships will be made, much will be learned about other cultures, and that you and your guests will have a lot of fun. You may even turn the idea into a family business of your own! We will accept applications only if your home or lodging facility is free of charge or if it is priced at no more than half the going rate of a similar facility in the season in question.

Traditional families with children and authentic representatives of any cultural region are encouraged to participate.

Owners of bungalows or hotel suites renting by the week are also welcome.
